Abstract

The managers and line managers at the time of recruitment are generally not conscious of making recruitment process more innovative by integrating motivational aspects, leadership and best human resource practices but if same addressed through innovations into recruitment process, can enhance organizational productivity in Pakistan industrial environment.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between innovative recruitment process and organizational productivity, in association of hygiene factors including manager’s leadership and motivational skills, training and career development, compensation, performance evaluation, employee retention and job satisfaction.
This study focuses on the aspects that there is an increasing amount of evidence that the organizations hiring high potential employees through innovative recruitment process have increased organizational productivity.
The research method used focuses on descriptive and quantitative research design and the results have been obtained through SPSS.
However, the limitation of this study is that it focuses only on employees of multinational and well-reputed national companies.
