Abstract

In this investigation the main objective is to study the effect of fluid viscosity and heat transfer along a symmetric wedge with a permeable boundary. Fluid viscosity is assumed to vary as linear function of temperature. These type of boundary value problems are obtained a special form of lie group transformations. A set of different order of differential equations have been obtained. The significance of permeable boundary have been shown in this problem. The effect on heat transfer due to the presence of permeable boundary has been investigated numerically and graphically as well. The effect of Prandtl number has also been studied for the same purpose.
