Two new species Auerbachia hepatica sp.m. and Sinuolinea renalis sp. n. (Myxozoa : Myxosporea). have been described from the liver and the kidney tubules of Carangoides praeustus (Bennett) and Otolithoides biauritus (Cantor) respectively of coastal water of Bay of Bengal (W. B.), India. The average mensural data of Auerbachia heprtica sp.n. Spore-33.21 um x 15.38m, Polar capsule-15.92m x 5.14 pum: of Sinuolinea renalis sp. n.: Spore-17.40pum diam. Polar capsule-4.73 pum diam, Plasmodium ovoid-disporous.
