Abstract

Since the International Year of Physics in 2005, I have been constantly thinking about the problems in Newtonian mechanics, tracing the roots, and proposed the concept of dissipative work, revised the kinetic energy theorem, supplemented the angular kinetic energy theorem, and inferred the law of conservation of angular kinetic energy and the angle The law of non-conservation of kinetic energy has found that the motion of celestial bodies obeys the conservation of angular kinetic energy, which explains well the problem of celestial body rotation in the solar system. The old problem has been solved, and the new problem has emerged. The new theory has no way to explain the problem of the moon's synchronous rotation, and we have to ask questions. What is the standard for objects not to rotate in the universe? If there is no standard, how do you start with the rotation? After research, not only the preliminary standard for the object’s non-rotation is given, but also the method for judging whether the object rotates by the "copy" method, and the law of the extreme value of rotation is also discovered, which can, theoretically, prove whether the moon has a problem of rotation.
