The present review gives some knowledge about the various pulmonary disorders and its manifestations in the oral cavity. The mouth is the first place where many systemic diseases and disorders show up. As a result, an early diagnosis by a dental professional can lead to an early referral to the right health care provider. Many pulmonary disorders, such as respiratory obstructive diseases, systemic diseases with pulmonary involvement, lung cancer, cystic fibrosis, and tuberculosis, all have clinical and/or therapeutic involvement of the oral cavity, emphasising the importance of regular dental visits and a thorough oral cavity examination, as well as active collaboration between dental practitioners and pulmonologists. the oral manifestations in the pulmonary diseases are often required for early recognition of the diseases such that the patients get the ultimate benefits from it.
